We had to meet numerous challenges during this project. One of these was the investor's requirement to have as few aluminium structures as possible on the facades. We managed, for example, to glaze a 10-metre long opening without using any vertical support elements between the glass panels.
As the construction progressed, the tower crane was dismantled, so it was necessary to use a special technique to lift the glass panels and the glazing robot through the building and into the atrium courtyard. From there, the glasses, weighing 1000 kg, had to be lifted to a height of more than 5 metres.
It was a challenging and unique project.
