In this project, we were faced with the professional challenge of precisely designing and constructing the unique curtain wall with sloping elements. We had to manufacture and install tailor-made doors in several areas of the building. We also custom designed the automatic folding accordion door, which fits into the narrow and unusual entrance area.
The top of the curtain wall on the upper floor also serves as an external balustrade, so the elimination of thermal bridges required serious, thoughtful planning.
The requirements of the tender specified a very high level of safety, which we had to guarantee for all elements of the structures. We also had to ensure, of course, that the thermal technology was of the highest standard to ensure that the hotel would operate properly.
